We specialize in intimate, specially curated 50 - 80 person ticketed events with live music, coursed meals, wine pairings and a lively atmosphere! Backyard BBQ to world class flavor pairings, if you have an audience you would like to give back to and create a deeper connection with, this is the move. Bring IRL experiences to your followers and fans and create memorable content for yourself and your channels. Allow us to create your event in style for your people in colaberation with you and your messaging!
Drop us a line with some info - and let us reach out. That is all you have to do to get the ball rolling. We will make contact, and everything outside of the selling of the tickets happens with us! We will work with you to draft a menu, select a venue, work on a pitch and lineup of events. If you want live music, a stage for speeches, entertainment or games, everything starts with filling out our Vision Board Form.

Here is where I get to tell you who I am! My name is Nicholas Dowling, Hello. I have been working as a Cook in and around the Greater Boston Area, Cape Cod and “The Islands” since the age of 13. From Menemsha, Sandwich, Southie, Finacial, Faneuil Hall, Theatre District & Medford, I have served some folks. I want to serve you. After a career in the field, I found something I really enjoy doing. Serving smaller groups, exquisite, thoughtful food & drink in venues to match. I will plan and prepare this for you and yours, and it will be the time of your life. Allow me to be your Chef for the weekend.
